In the Saxony state computer science services the consistent using of document administration and of information distribution is seeking.

To date the documents were organize, care and make available in different systems. The technology of windows sharepoint server 2007 was evaluated and use for minor information sharing websites inside the organisation. The users of this technology were well up in user guidance inside the system.

Already existing systems should be transformed in sharepoint services, so the administration will be easier and the user guidance will be more consistent and the users know them already. In addition, a structure was created, integrating all future collections of documents.

The target was a horizontal and vertical scalable document and content-management-system, which is anticipating future restructuring. Especially a uniform design was very important. Employees which can´t be link with the intranet because of their mobile activities should enable to work with this system. For that the integration of the offline work was elicited.

Ways to integration of external applications in sharepoint was developed and demonstrated. This rudiments should use and implement for migration of existing intranet applications.

Here the goal was the conviction of collateral documents in a sharepoint structure, a hierarchical navigation through the content, an indexing, tagging and search facility. In this context an example for display of statistical values from external application “Förderdatenbank” was acquired.
